I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations of orders. Should you have any problems with your designs, please contact me. I respond quickly, and will help you with any concerns.

All designs unless otherwise noted are DIGITAL download files to be used with an embroidery machine.

You will need software that is compatible with your machine in order to transfer designs from your computer to your embroidery machine. This software is not included in any purchase from me.

I do include the most common embroidery file types in all digital downloads.

The following formats are included in each zipped file: DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, SEW, VIP, VP3, XXX

Be sure your machine accepts one of the above file types before order as there are no refunds.

No, all purchases on our website are digital downloads. You will have access to download the files right after purchasing.

You will also have access to redownload designs via your account.

The buyer may use stitched out designs on items that are sold or given as gifts.

All digital designs & design files are the property of Goldilocks Designs and are not to be sold, traded, given away, or transferred to anyone other than the original buyer. This includes editing designs by adding, deleting, or altering any part of the design.

Buyer must use designs as delivered, and any alteration of the design, including size, may affect the quality of the stitchout.

Sizes vary by style, however most designs come with 2-4 different design sizes per embroidery design.

Yes, I can create custom designs for a fee. Please contact me to get an estimate based on the size and stitch design required.
